infographed:

Getting a job today pretty much requires previous work experience.  The biggest hurdle for most college grads is finding that first job without much of a work history.  Some people try to develop experience themselves, finding ways that they can spend their free time learning and practicing their skills in a way that will make them more appealing on paper.  A second method people are using is to just lie and hope they don’t get caught.

Hello Coffee Lover

Illustration by Twistedfork aka Dan Matutina.

“When I get a creative block (or when I’m just bored) I usually do things like this on the side. I’ve been using Lokesh Dhakar’s Guide as a cheatlist to make coffee. Yesterday, I decided to make my own version.”

The ‘H-57 Commandments’ Poster

The team of the H-57 Creative Station sent us there latest work - a great looking poster design with lots of rules to stay creative. We are really in love with all the different types and illustrations.

Some words about the project from H-57:

“Creativity has no rules. Well, almost no rules. We’ve found our personal ones and wrote them down. Or, to be more precise, drew them on paper, cut out the pieces and glued them on a big cardboard. By the end of the project, we realized that these rules are what really guide us every single day. Anyway, just doing this poster was a way to abide by our very first rule: have fun in what you do.”
